Q. Do you have a minimum order requirement?
Coyote Knife Shop has no minimum order requirement, nor do we require you to register before purchase. 


Q. Do you drop ship your products to me, or stock them?
We do not dropship. Every item is stocked at our location, and will be shipped from our location in North Carolina. Coyote Knife Shop does not, and will not dropship products from unseen warehouses.

    
Q. How long will it take before my order is shipped?
Paid orders are shipped promptly (I ship 3 times per week) generally on tuesday, thursday, and saturdays. You'll get an email from us with the tracking information when your order is shipped.


Q. How will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped via the USPS mail with package tracking. We'll email you notice of shipment with tracking information. I ship with the best available USPS service based on the weight of your order.
    

Q.  How much will shipping cost?
Shipping is a simple flat rate of $5.55 for any size order delivered to any address within the United States. I do require that all web orders be fully insured against shipping loss or damage.


Q.  How long will it take for my products to arrive?
Priority mail takes 2 business days to most USA addresses, First Class can take an extra day. Please allow additional transit time for items sent to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands & APO/FPO.

   
Q. What happens to stock on back order?
I do not backorder any product unless I can get it back in stock within a few days. If you ordered several items, we may also send you multiple shipments. We make every effort to keep this website updated with current and accurate inventory levels, that is our policy, or you'll receive a prompt refund.


Q. I'd like to return a purchase within 30 days, what can I expect?
Coyote Knife Shop wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Items may be returned to us within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund as long as they're still in mint condition with the origional packaging. We'll promptly refund the purchase price, excluding the origional shipping charges.

We accept credit card payments through Paypal (You do not need a paypal account to make payment).

Q. How safe is my information?
Coyote Knife Shop respects your privacy. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise distribute your personal information to other individuals or organizations for any purpose. Your order is securely encrypted and then transmitted to us using the very latest GeoTrust 128-Bit digital SSL transmission.


Q. How do I get the flat rate shipping cost when buying multiple items?
When shopping please put all all of your items into the shopping cart basket before going through the checkout process. When your done adding items, then follow through and finish checkout.


Q. Do you ship to International addresses?
No, We've decided to stop selling overseas, to Canada, etc. for a number of different reasons, I'm sorry. It has nothing to do with the quality of the buyers. International customs entry regulations can be very complex. Communication often breaks down and then the shipments became to time consuming.


Q. Can I order over the phone and pay with a credit card?
No, we do not staff a telephone order desk, orders must be submitted through our secure online ordering system. A toll free phone number 1-888-864-2755 is available for special circumstances. I'd much rather you emailed us with questions as our computer is not always on, to access critical information.
